Who know anything about non-dairy chocolate

Who knows a good non-dairy chocolate good for molding ?
Has anyone heard of non-dairy milk chocolate ?

    carob is pretty close

    and dark chocolate used to not have millk any until the media started publishing the antioxidant benefits of dark chocolate and then low and behold now it has milk in it as well.

    that really burns me up why put milk any it that is what makes it dark the fact that it doesn't have milk?

    they probably did it to improve the taste for the milk chocolataholics out there
