Greetings Regina
Unlike you I've only been meet free for 3 months so, I'm new to this. I still eat fish so that helps a lot but I'm having a hard time cooking two different meals for my family and myself. I'll eat the veggies, rice and beans and drink herbal teas/water/juice. And it's getting kind of expensive to grocery shop for myself and my family. My son, daughter and boyfriend are meat eaters (tried talking them into eating meat free... Not having it!). Sometimes I feel like a bloated pig (is this normal when you stop eating meat and start eating whole grains etc...?). I have put on some weight too. So, I’m trying to walk on the days that I don’t have to drive the kids somewhere. I would like to loose weight, be healthier lifestyle so I can feel and see the difference in myself. So, can anyone give me any suggestions?
Peace and love

And more importantly, keep your spice cabinet hooked up. For me, I've noticed it's easy to stick to a healthy diet when I have a variety of spices on hand.
